Textile factory, Cholet - France
This lace and cordon factory near Cholet in the west of France was formerly located on two separate sites. Next to an existing white fabric hall, ELA has designed two new colourful halls.The three buildings are now connected with transparent passages made out of industrial U-form glass and wood. The buildings lie around an enclosed garden with various fruit trees. The canteen and meeting room open onto this peaceful garden containing a circular pond.
